01Who provides the service
PeasyChart is operated by Sun, an individual based in China. These terms govern your use of peasychart.com and its chart-making service. Contact: support@peasychart.com.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to enter a paid subscription.
02The chart-making service
PeasyChart lets you import Excel or CSV data, edit charts with live previews, customize styles, save private online templates, and export supported formats. Guests can export PNG, JPEG and SVG without signing in, subject to a browser visitor allowance; signed-in free accounts have an account allowance. The free image formats share a daily quota that resets at midnight UTC. Pro includes MP4, GIF, PDF and interactive HTML, along with the other benefits shown on the pricing page.
Current free quotas and plan prices are shown on the pricing page and in the app. Pro does not remove browser, file-size, video-duration or other technical limits. Templates are private; we do not operate a public template marketplace.
03Your account and content
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for the data, images, fonts and other material you use, including obtaining any necessary rights and permissions. Do not use the service to infringe rights, upload unlawful material, attack systems, evade quotas or make fraudulent purchases.
You retain your rights in your data and charts. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display content to provide the features you request. We do not obtain ownership of your charts or publish private templates. Keep your own copies of important work.
04Free trial
The standard Pro trial lasts 7 days, requires no payment card, and is available once per eligible account. The app shows eligibility and the exact expiration time. Trial expiry does not charge you or create a subscription.
If you actively subscribe during a trial, billing starts immediately after successful payment. Unused free-trial time is not added to the subscription billing period. Without a paid subscription, the account returns to Free when the trial ends.
05Subscriptions and recurring charges
Monthly, quarterly and annual plans automatically renew every 1, 3 or 12 months respectively until canceled. The selected plan, currency, price and billing cycle are shown before checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges for that plan. Applicable taxes and the final amount appear at checkout.
Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Your bank statement or receipt may identify Waffo Pancake. PeasyChart does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We activate access based on verified server notifications, rather than a success page alone.
Price changes shown on our site apply to new purchases. We will give notice of changes affecting an existing subscription and obtain any agreement required by applicable law. A failed renewal may interrupt paid access after the last paid period ends.
06Canceling a subscription
Open Account center, find your subscription, select Cancel renewal, and confirm. Cancellation stops future renewals after the provider confirms it. You retain access through the already-paid period shown in your account. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid another scheduled charge.
Canceling renewal does not itself refund a completed payment, delete your account, or delete existing templates. After paid access ends, free account limits apply. If you cannot access the cancellation control, contact support@peasychart.com promptly.
07Refunds
Except where applicable law gives you additional rights, refunds are available for duplicate charges or when we cannot deliver the paid service. Change of mind, non-use, or cancellation partway through a delivered billing period does not normally qualify for a refund.
Request a refund at support@peasychart.com using your account email, order number and an explanation of the problem. Do not send your password or full payment card details. We may ask for information needed to verify the transaction and investigate delivery.
Approved refunds are processed through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method where supported. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank. A full refund may end access associated with that payment. A refund request does not automatically cancel renewal: also cancel the subscription in Account center if you do not want future charges.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal or refund rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Those rights prevail over this refund policy.
08Availability and account restrictions
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every browser can generate every export. Check your chart and source data before relying on an output. You are responsible for the conclusions drawn from your charts.
We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use and take necessary action to protect the service and other users. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
09Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes to billing or user rights will be communicated as required by law, and will not remove mandatory rights or retroactively change an already-completed purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you habitually reside. This choice does not remove any court or complaint rights you have under applicable law.
